Actors Federal Credit Union is looking for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for numbers to work full time, 35-hours per week, Monday-Friday, as a bookkeeper and data entry position.
• Minimum of one to two years’ bookkeeping experience is preferred.
• At least one year of solid experience with Excel is required.
• One year of experience with QuickBooks or similar software is required.
• Familiarity with QB Online, bank reconciliations and CC reconciliations are required.
• To be successful one must demonstrate a positive, team disposition including a willingness to jump in and learn.
This is a finance department of approximately 7 professionals. The position is open-ended, not temporary. Compensation range is $20 to $25.00 per hour depending on experience. Excellent benefits including the option to become a member of the credit union. We are conveniently located in Times Square.
