Requirements…
* Appropriate transportation to install projects for your trade
* Tools. We can possibly help in this category for the right candidate
* 3 years experience in your trade.
* Ability to work “face to face” with customers. This is a lead installation position and therefore direct, daily, clear communication is required on a daily basis.
* Daily communication with your support team, “project manager / office”
* Ability to manage yourself. We don’t have babysitters. We are looking for competent installers that want security for themselves and their families.
Responsibilities
* Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings
* Install all contracts with honor, pride, and dedication to customer satisfaction
