Dynamic Bartenders Needed (Denver Tech Center (Belleview))

Ambli Global at Belleview Station is looking for Bartenders that have high volume experience, a solid knowledge base and are polished to articulate the global food and cocktails with an upscale Clientele. We are a globally inspired restaurant with a fresh fruit cocktail program and a team that buys in with the Guest Experience. We want Bartenders that have a genuine Love of People! This job is to engage with the guests; not talk about your personal experiences.
Ambli delivers heart and soul every day to our guests. This isn’t easy but once you go through training and development, you’ll appreciate what we’ve created. This is a full time position with 1.5-2 days off. Qualified candidates will need to stage 2 days (paid at minimum wage) and go through a minimum of 80 hours of paid training/development. During training you will master the Well first and then move on to Food development.
Must have lived in CO for at least the past 6 months.
Expectations include:
• 3+ years of HIGH VOLUME Bartending Experience
• Experienced palate in food, wine and spirits
• Responsible and presentable
• Understands the meaning of teamwork; knowing when to assist and when to support
• Appreciates a clean clean bar; there is daily bar cleaning of both bars
• Thick skin and willing to work hard
• Dress code is black slacks, black top, black belt, black non-slip shoes
• Running drinks to guests when possible
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
